Frequently asked questions

Delivery, paper, framing, ages… everything you need to know before ordering.

What are the delivery times?

Our posters are printed on demand in France, then shipped. Allow on average 5 to 9 working days between order and delivery (production + transit). Exact times are shown at checkout.

Why can't I buy just one poster?

The bedtime ritual only really works over time: a single poster stays a decoration, while two or three build an actual journey for the child. That's why our posters are sold as a duo (2 posters) or a trio (3 posters, our best deal) — never as a single unit.

What paper are the posters printed on?

Each poster is an A2 print (59.4 × 42 cm) on thick, quality paper, with soft colours designed for a child's bedroom. Printing is done locally, in France.

How are the poster illustrations created?

Each poster starts as an AI-assisted generation, then is fully reworked in post-production by our designer: colour choices, composition, text legibility and consistency with Nour's world.

Do the posters come framed?

No — posters ship on their own, unframed, rolled or flat depending on the shipping format. A2 is a standard size: you will easily find a fitting frame if you'd like one, to display it above the bed or the desk. A tip on placement: hang it a little higher than you might expect — right before bedtime, the child is usually being carried for the goodnight hug, out of the poster's reach. Once they're bigger (and heavier!), feel free to lower it.

What ages are they for?

The posters are grouped by age, because a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old don't learn with the same pictures or the same words. Three levels follow on from each other: “Discovery” (ages 2–4) for first words and observation; “Explorer” (ages 4–7) for learning and understanding; “Flight” (ages 7–10) to feed curiosity and wonder. Ages are indicative — go mostly by what your child is curious about right now.

How do the posters fit into the bedtime ritual?

They are designed to be looked at together, in a quiet voice, before sleep. One word, one illustration, one “Did you know?” note: gentle food for curiosity, without a screen, in a calm moment that prepares for sleep.

Can I return a poster?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. If a poster arrives damaged, contact us with a photo: we will replace or refund it. See our terms of sale for details.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our site.

Do you ship outside France?

For now we ship to mainland France only. More markets are opening progressively.
