What are the delivery times?
Our posters are printed on demand in France, then shipped. Allow on average 5 to 9 working days between order and delivery (production + transit). Exact times are shown at checkout.
What paper are the posters printed on?
Each poster is an A2 print (59.4 × 42 cm) on thick, quality paper, with soft colours designed for a child's bedroom. Printing is done locally, in France.
Do the posters come framed?
No — posters ship on their own, unframed, rolled or flat depending on the shipping format. A2 is a standard size: you will easily find a fitting frame to display it above the bed or the desk.
What ages are they for?
The posters are grouped by age, because a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old don't learn with the same pictures or the same words. “Discovery” posters accompany the youngest (vocabulary, observation, first discoveries); “Explorer” posters are for slightly older children, ready to go further.
How do the posters fit into the bedtime ritual?
They are designed to be looked at together, in a quiet voice, before sleep. One word, one illustration, one “Did you know?” note: gentle food for curiosity, without a screen, in a calm moment that prepares for sleep.
Can I return a poster?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. If a poster arrives damaged, contact us with a photo: we will replace or refund it. See our terms of sale for details.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our site.
Do you ship outside France?
For now we ship to mainland France only. More markets are opening progressively.
